General Questions

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Orders submitted ready to print by noon (Pacific Time, Monday-Friday) are often printed and shipped the same business day. If you're running late, give us a call, and we'll do our best to accommodate your order without rush fees!

Q: Can you print custom sizes?
A: Absolutely! We can print any size up to 48x96 inches. For custom sizes, you'll pay for the listed size closest to your requested dimensions, and we’ll print it exactly as specified.

File Setup

Q: What color space should I use for my design?
A: For more vivid and more accurate color we ask that you save your files in RGB.

Q: What is the required resolution?
A: The required resolution is for professional results is 150 DPI. Any lower resolution is not recommended although the results are often surprisingly good. If your image has unusually fine detail or text below 8pt, we recommend 200 DPI. 300 DPI is not required in this process. The output resolution is 600x600 PDI

Q: Do you require bleeds and/or crop marks?
A: No. Please do not provide either. If you do, they may delay your order. 

Photo Posters

Q: What type of paper do you use for photo posters?
A: We use 10mil semigloss photo paper with archival inks to ensure vivid colors and long-lasting quality, even in direct sunlight.

Q: How do you ensure color accuracy?
A: Our printers are calibrated to international color standards, and we offer free proofs if requested. Shipping charges apply to proofs. 

Q: What is the maximum size for photo posters?
A: We can print photo posters up to 48x96 inches. They are shipped in heavy-duty cardboard tubes for protection.

Outdoor Banners

Q: Are your banners weatherproof?
A: Yes, our 13oz scrim vinyl banners are waterproof, UV-resistant, and durable enough to withstand harsh weather conditions for many months. 

Q: Do you offer customization for banners?
A: Yes, we can add grommets, pole pockets, and print banners up to 48x120 inches..

Rollup L-Banners

Q: What material is used for the banner?
A: Our rollup banners are printed on super-smooth, 100% opaque vinyl, ensuring vibrant colors without light bleed-through. Our material also stays flat, without edge-curling.

Q: Is the stand lightweight and portable?
A: Yes, the aluminum frame is lightweight, and the entire setup, including hardware, weighs only 7 pounds. A travel bag with a strap is included for convenience.

Q: What the available size options?
A: Our rollup banners come in two sizes. 36" wide by 82.5" tall, and 24" wide by 72" tall.

Mounted Posters

Q: What substrates do you offer for mounted posters?
A: We offer a variety of options, including FoamCore, Gator, and Sintra, tailored for different applications.

Q: Can mounted prints be shipped?
A: Mounted prints up to 24x36 inches can be shipped. Larger sizes may require folding or multiple panels. Contact us for more details.

Custom Dry-Erase Posters

Q: What are custom dry-erase posters?
A: Custom dry-erase posters are full-color prints that have a dry-erase laminate, allowing you to write on them with dry-erase markers. They are versatile tools for creating calendars, planners, message boards, menus, reminders, and writable wall coverings.

Q: What sizes are available for custom dry-erase posters?
A: We offer various sizes for custom dry-erase posters. You can select a poster size that closely matches your artwork dimensions. It's important to choose a size that aligns with your design to avoid processing delays.

Q: What backing options are available?
A: The following options are available:
- Photo Paper (Standard): Printed on rollable photo-quality paper.
- Permanent Vinyl Sticker: Printed on rollable vinyl with a permanent adhesive for permanent installations.
- Repositionable/Reusable Sticker: Printed on repositionable vinyl, ideal for situations requiring removal without wall damage.
- 3mm Sintra (Lightweight PVC Board): A lightweight PVC board suitable for movable dry-erase posters.

Q: How do I clean the posters?
A: Use a dry or damp cloth to wipe off the dry erase markers. Avoid abrasive cleaners to ensure the surface remains smooth. For old writing that does not wipe off cleanly, use a soft cloth with a mix of isopropyl alcohol and water for cleaning before considering commercial cleaning solutions.

Cloth Posters

Q: What are cloth posters made of?
A: Our cloth posters are printed on lightweight polyester, designed for high-resolution printing, and are fade- and crease-resistant.

Q: How are cloth posters shipped?
A: Cloth posters are lightweight and can be folded, making them easy to pack and transport without the need for tubes or boxes.

Trifold Tabletop Boards

Q: What materials are used for trifold boards?
A: Our trifolds are constructed from durable 3mm Sintra boards, providing a stable, professional appearance.

Q: What sizes are available?
A: The most common size is 36x48 inches, available in both trifold and bifold configurations. The traditional trifolds have three panels. A 12"x36" panel on the left, a 24"x36" panel in the middle, and a 12"x36" panel on the right. They all connected to create the 36"x48" final size. The bi-folds are just two 24"x36" panels connected in the middle. 

Other Questions

Q: How do you package large items for shipping?
A: Posters and banners are rolled and shipped in protective tubes. Mounted prints are limited to 24x36 inches for shipping. Larger mounted prints require special handling, such as folding or paneling.

Q: Do you charge rush fees?
A: No, we do not charge rush fees. If you’re running late, contact us, and we’ll do our best to prioritize your order.
